First Parish is Family-Friendly

Pumpkin Sunday
Luncheon and Evening Sing-a-long and Story Event. After the service a pumpkin carving station is set up so that adults and children can gather and carve pumpkins they have brought with them. Soup luncheon provided by the Youth Group. We return that evening, light our jack-o-lanterns and share in a sing-a-long and poetry reading and storytelling.

SnowFlake Fair
Holiday fair for the community , fun for the whole family. Pageant Sunday – In December, children rehearse for and present a holiday
pageant to the congregation.

Youth Sunday
A service designed and led by the Youth Group. You will be impressed!

RE Sunday
In the spring of each year, we honor our children and youth, we celebrate rites of passage, and we thank our RE volunteers for their service to our youth.

Flower Communion
Communion to which members of the congregation bring flowers. Everyone leaves with a different flower representing the sharing that takes place within our congregation all year long.
