Members of the Parish Committee, the Parish co-chairs, the Treasurer and Collector of the Church, the Parish Committee Secretary and the chairs of the various church committees and ministries as well as the presidents of the Woman's Alliance and the Unity Club. The minister is an ex-officio member of the Parish Committee.

Meetings are the first Wednesday of the month and are open to all members of First Parish
The Parish Committee is the governing body of the church. It sets policy and recommends an operating budget to the Annual Meeting of the parish. The co-chairs act as liaison between church members and the Parish Committee.
