The Parish Committee is the governing body of the church. It sets policy and recommends an operating budget to the Annual Meeting of the parish. The co-chairs act as liaison between church members and the Parish Committee.

Members of the Parish Committee include:

• the Parish co-chairs
• the Treasurer and Collector of the Church
• the Parish Committee Secretary
• the chairs of the various church committees and ministries as well as the presidents of the Woman's Alliance and the Unity Club.

The minister is an ex-officio member of the Parish Committee. Additionally, the chairs of eight standing sub-committees comprise the Parish Committee.

Meetings are the first Tuesday of the month and are open to all members of First Parish
