First Parish Church conducts a number of fundraisers throughout the year. The monies raised go toward causes such as the Memorial Garden, upkeep and repairs for the Church building, and to assist in supporting the ongoing work of the Church.

n addition to our annual Snowflake Fair we have had an Antiques Appraisal Day with appraisers from the well-known Skinners, Inc. of Boston.
    Our Plant and Bake Sale is an annual rite of spring in the community. Herbs, perennials, and fresh baked goods are on sale, and it is always an opportunity for locals to swap stories and advice on everything from seedlings to secret recipes.
    On Memorial Day we have a stand that serves refreshments as the Scituate Memorial Day parade passes in front of the church.
    Our fundraisers are a necessary part of the stewardship of the Church. Yet they are also a wonderful way to also tap the many skills and talents within our church community, and an equal opportunity for building fellowship amongst our parish members.
